Our Return Promise
Like our performance fabrics that withstand the elements, our return policy is built to be straightforward and reliable:
- 15-Day Window: Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- Original Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Kids’ Sets (due to special sizing requirements)
- Final Sale Items (clearly marked during purchase)
- Any item showing signs of wear or damage not present at delivery
The Return Process
Returning your gear is as easy as gearing up for your next adventure:
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund
Step 2: Package Your Items
Once your return is approved:
- Repackage items securely in the original packaging
- Include all original tags and accessories
- Print and include the return authorization form we’ll email you
Step 3: Ship Your Return

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Timing:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’ve got you covered:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate your exchange preferences in your return request
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your replacement item
Note: If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. If lower value, we’ll refund the difference.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Refunds will be processed in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
