Very good a keeping me dry as I scramble up and down wet hillside thru the brush. They are not silent (some swishing noise when you move) Excellent at letting the moisture out, but no wet in. I wear pants under, and rubber knee heigh boots, so I can really see where body moisture is captured beneath the rubber boots but escapes thru the Helly Hansen outer cover. The outer cover secures nicely over the boots with a Velcro strap. Good Job! I can walk in the creek and stay dry with the wet ferns brushing against the HH fabric, and no PFAs! Love them.
