Fit is true to size. Footbed is supportive. This said, these are water shoes, for use on deck which racing small boats. And they do not drain particularly well. Not quite worth the Helly Hansen name.

My teenaged son is a racing sailor and absolutely loves these shoes. He said that the top mesh portion does not let water in. Fit and size were as expected.

Compared to the other shoes I ordered, these, while stylish, are nowhere near as supportive for my feet.

Nice looking shoe but sole didn’t hold up well on wet decks over time, poor traction compared with other brands. Shoe laces routinely didn’t hold standard shoe not. Don’t plan to buy again, Average overall value and performance with market competitors.
